UPDATED: Another Look At White Tiger Cover

Today, we ran across the above cover at the Blog At Newsarama. It's the first we've seen with the logo banner. Typically, logos are blah but we like this one. The upcoming White Tiger series will be written by Tamora Pierce. For us, however, the most important reason to get the series is that covers will be done by David Mack (how many, we don't know, but it's at least 2). Mack is by far and away our favorite artist working in comics today.

UPDATE: See more posts above. We also forgot to mention that the blog that sent us on this journey originally is the fantastic Ragnell at the Written World. Our bad.

Hey guys,
David Mack here. I saw a link to your blog at thes site: davidmackguide.com by David Thornton.
Thanks for the kind words.
And wanted to let you know I did all 6 covers to the series.

I'm happy with the logo as well.
And with the first cover you showed.
The #6 cover is also one of my favorites.
I'm showing that one and other White Tiger covers in a step by step process of the making of them in REFLECTIONS #7 which is in the current PREVIEWS order catalogue right now for shipping in December.

I hope you are enjoying the current Kabuki series, KABUKI: THE ALCHEMY.

Here is a new trailer to a DVD documentary of my work:

it is offered in this week's PREVIEWS catalogue in the video section for December shipping.
What do you think?

Kindest regards,
