More Heroes Goodness
Over at the NBC website, you can read a Heroes digital graphic novel
and read Hiro's blog. Hiro is a character who teleports and even quoted Kitty Pryde in Uncanny X-Men (#143, we believe). Lots of other interesting stuff over there. Check it out.

At your and a few others' recommendation, I watched Heroes last night. Oh my goodness! What a fascinating concept! Perhaps not the greatest pilot in the world, but many of my favorite shows have had so-so pilots (Buffy, Angel, X-Files, etc.). The only shows I've found that have completely nailed the pilot are West Wing, Firefly (intended pilot, not one aired), and Eyes (RIP).
Very Much looking forward to next week! Are you watching Studio 60 at all? My biggest vote for Best New Show.

I am glad you liked it. I agree, not the best but worth a few more viewings. I watched Studio 60 afterwards (I didn't see the previous episode) and I thought it was ok. There's a style of television show that seems to forced (from the music, to the cut aways, etc.) -- that I don't really know how to articulate fully -- that this teeters on for me. I never saw West Wing, which is odd since I am such a politics junkie, so I can't really compare it to that show. I found Bradley Whitford both refreshing and annoyingly earnest in that role (an issue of acting not the role), and thought some of the rest of the cast was ok. I may give it one more chance. I will check it out on Monday.
