Comics And That Little Thing Called the First Amendment
Today's Washington Post has a second article on comics in today's edition. Click here to read about the Georgia vs. Gordon Lee case that the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is leading the industry charge to fight. The case resolves around the access to objectionable images by minors (albeit accidentally in this case). We just wish that the members of the administration would read the Constitution, and not just invoke it when it suits their interests and, in this case, limited moral worldview. But then again, our former Attorney General actual ordered a drape placed over a semi-nude statue (she was topless) in the Justice Department Headquarters Rotunda since it made him uncomfortable. Freak.
