Ka-Ching Part Deux

It turns out that X-Men: The Last Stand did better than anyone ever thought. It brought in an estimated $120 Million over the 4 day weekend in the US alone, instead of the $107 million than we previously reported. Separate reports have noted that the film cost between $150 - $200 million to make. Certainly, domestic receipts will recoup that. DVD's and foreign receipts will just be gravy with Fox. The suits in charge of Marvel's films have cautioned that they are working on the previously reported Wolverine and Magneto films at the moment, and not an X-Men 4. I wonder how long it will take before they change their tune.

Ironically, all of the wire service articles have indicated that the film had solid or good reviews. Ummm, I don't know what rock they live under, but in my world that wasn't the case. See our site review by clicking here or scrolling below.
