Crisis: Constantine and Narnia Star Needs Emergency Face Transplant

Hollywood is planning a series of fundraisers to assist actress Tilda Swinton in her critical need of a face transplant, as the picture above clearly shows. On a related note, the make-up artists who worked on her for Constantine and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe will be receiving lifetime achievement awards from the academy.
