FCBD Booty Haul and Freebie Contest!
No, not that kind of booty. But now that I think about, Sir Mix A-Lot did have a point there.
Mister Fanboy Comics reports that even though he admonished you not to do it, it was difficult for him to get off his lazy ass to go to his local comic shop. By the time he arrived, pickings were slim. But he did manage to walk away some choice books including X-Men/Runaways, Bongo Comics Free-For-All, Superman/Batman #1, 30 Days of Night: Return to Barrow #1, and Ronin Hood 47 of the Samurai #1. The last three weren't on this years list, but were available in FCBD's in the past.
But here's the really cool part. Mister Fanboy Comics will be giving away the Superman/Batman #1 (he already has a CGC copy) and Ronin Hood 47 of the Samurai #1 (he has a copy from the previous year) to the first folks who are interested. Send me an email at misterfanboy@yahoo.com with your first choice preference. One issue per person. If you're outside the US or Canada, it'll all depend on the cost of the postage. Good luck.
